Rally + Rendezvous and L’Âme du Luxe en Couture Showcase the Future of Luxury Living, Collector Cars, Yachting, and Couture Fashion
Some weeks are memorable. Others become defining moments.
The week of June 7 through June 13, 2026, will be remembered as one of those rare occasions when multiple communities came together around a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, design, hospitality, and the experiences that enrich our lives.
It began with the highly anticipated Rally + Rendezvous, a first-of-its-kind gathering that introduced the vision for Terminal One Motor + Yacht Club, Seattle’s future destination for luxury automotive and yachting enthusiasts.
Hundreds of guests assembled at FogRose Atelier and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty’s Kirkland waterfront branch office to experience an extraordinary showcase of collector automobiles, luxury brands, architectural presentations, and curated lifestyle experiences.
Rally + Rendezvous Introduces the Vision
The atmosphere was electric. Exotic and collectible automobiles lined the waterfront streets while guests mingled among fellow enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, designers, and tastemakers.
Perhaps the most memorable experience of the day was a flotilla of yachts carrying VIP guests, founding members, and development partners on a cruise past the future Terminal One site on Salmon Bay. The experience gave attendees a firsthand look at the waterfront property while bringing visibility and excitement to what is quickly becoming one of the Pacific Northwest’s most anticipated luxury real estate developments.
Among the distinguished guests was Emmy Award-winning designer Gustavo Apiti, accompanied by members of his modeling, styling, and photography team. Their presence added another dimension of style and sophistication while creating an authentic connection between the worlds of fashion, luxury automobiles, waterfront living, and elevated design.
Just days later, that connection would come full circle.
L’Âme du Luxe en Couture
On June 13, approximately 400 guests transformed Fields Motorcars Bellevue into a dazzling showcase of glamour, couture, and automotive excellence during L’Âme du Luxe en Couture, Gustavo Apiti’s celebrated runway presentation marking ten years of Gustavo Apiti Couture.
Surrounded by an extraordinary collection of McLaren, Bentley, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce, and other iconic marques, attendees experienced an immersive evening where engineering and artistry shared the spotlight.
The event was co-hosted by Dean Jones, President & CEO of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, and community builder Moni, whose warmth, wit, and ability to bring people together created an engaging and memorable atmosphere throughout the evening.
The runway presentation, entertainment, philanthropy, and after-party reflected the same values that energized Rally + Rendezvous only days earlier: community, craftsmanship, creativity, and collaboration.
Momentum Continues to Build
Many guests had experienced Rally + Rendezvous firsthand and were eager to continue discussions about the future waterfront development, its unique ownership opportunities, and the growing enthusiast community forming around it.
“The enthusiasm and validation we continue to receive from collectors and enthusiasts reinforces that this is a project whose time has come.”
Dean Jones, President & CEO, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty
“I would like to sincerely thank our client, Cantera Group, and the entire Terminal One Motor + Yacht Club team for their support of this remarkable evening,” said Jones. “One of the most rewarding aspects of the project has been the opportunity to build authentic relationships throughout the automotive and enthusiast communities across the Pacific Northwest. Terminal One was truly one of the most talked-about happenings in the room, and it was gratifying to see so many guests who had attended Rally + Rendezvous continue those conversations, ask thoughtful questions, and express excitement about what is being created on Seattle’s waterfront.”
For Gustavo Apiti, the collaboration represented something deeper than sponsorship.
“Dean and the entire Terminal One Motor + Yacht Club team have been incredible collaborators,” said Apiti. “What inspired me most was seeing the same passion, creativity, and purpose behind this development that I strive to bring to every couture piece we create for our clients. Both endeavors begin with a vision and a belief that something truly special can be brought to life through thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. The energy surrounding Rally + Rendezvous was extraordinary, and it was exciting to see so many of those same guests continue the conversation at L’Âme du Luxe en Couture just days later. Together, these back-to-back events demonstrated the power of community, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence.”
More Than Luxury Events: A Growing Community
Beyond the glamour and celebration, the week demonstrated something increasingly evident throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Consumers are seeking more than products. They are seeking experiences. They are investing in communities, relationships, and destinations that reflect their passions and aspirations.
Whether expressed through couture fashion, collector automobiles, luxury yachts, architecture, hospitality, or waterfront living, the common thread is authenticity and meaningful connection.
As Rally + Rendezvous and L’Âme du Luxe en Couture demonstrated, extraordinary things happen when creative visionaries, entrepreneurs, enthusiasts, and community builders come together with purpose.
The result is not merely an event. It is the beginning of a movement.
For many who attended both gatherings, it felt like they were witnessing exactly that.
