On Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Cantera Group invites you to witness a defining moment on Seattle's Salmon Bay: the Official Groundbreaking Ceremony and Public Sales Debut of Terminal One Motor + Yacht Club. With construction already underway, join members of the development, design, construction, hospitality, and sales teams at 4:00 PM as we celebrate the recent groundbreaking with brief remarks, a ceremonial golden-shovel turn and a showcase of collectible and exotic automobiles.
The occasion also marks the Public Sales Debut for Founding Members, an opportunity to discover available ownership, explore the possibilities for your own automative atelier, and meet privately with the sales team as Purchase & Sales Agreements are now being presented.
The permits are issued. Construction is underway.
